Program Complaint
Conference participants may submit complaints to the AACH Ethics Committee, the board president, or the board chair. Within one month of receiving the complaint, the ethics committee will review and investigate it and address any professional ethics or standards breaches. Appropriate actions will be taken promptly according to professional ethical standards and the AACH’s ethical standards.
In addition, the participant may register a complaint with the professional organization of which the person of concern is a member. AACH will report any complaint, dispute, or grievance, including complaints, disputes, or other grievances from a participant, another organization, government agency, or authority, to the CEU authorizing organization within sixty days (60) of the Provider’s knowledge of the complaint, including all related written communications and materials.
